Share a day with our Yoga teacher and focus on yourself. Welcomed with a fresh and homemade tisane, step into one of the most beautiful over-the-sea villa of the island. Follow your guide through a yoga session especially made to reconnect your body and your mind. Take a breath and feel this connection happening wihtin.
After a gentle start, enjoy some free time and make the most of this amazing spot. This place is so special you won’t even see the time passing time. Choose to take a nap on the beach, hop on a paddle board or a kayak, go snorkeling… Feel the harmony growing between your body and the sea.
Back on land, make yourself comfortable and gather all together for a nice cooking session, lead by our Chef. Expect typical Poynesian food ! Feed your soul with locally-sourced and homemade treats, to end this relaxing day on a delicious note.

For your own comfort, please bring:
- Comfortable Yoga clothes
- Dry clothes to change after the class
- Your bikini
- A lycra tee-shirt if you have any, for sensitive skin
- Your reusable water bottle
Meeting point is in Haapiti, at 9am the latest.
We can pick you up anywhere on the island, wether it's your accomodation or a meeting point, between 8 and 9am.
* When booking with your hotel, the concierge will let you know the time we'll come and pick you up.
If you're booking online, nothing to worry about. Simply inform us of your pick up location while checking out.
We will welcome you from 8:30am so we can gently start our Yoga class at 9:15.
After an-hour Yoga session, enjoy some free time on the water before starting cooking around 11.30am.
Enjoy your lunch up until 1pm, before we take you back to your pick-up spot.
Expect to be back by 2pm.
